Announcing Squeaky Feet’s Debut Album Cause For Alarm, First Single “Tunnel Vision” featuring Mark Lettieri Out Today!
Denver’s progressive outfit, Squeaky Feet, prepares to release their debut album, Cause For Alarm. This highly anticipated milestone release is set to captivate audiences worldwide and features a stellar collaboration with renowned guitarist Mark Lettieri on the lead single, “Tunnel Vision,” out today.
Scheduled for release on November 17, 2023, Cause For Alarm promises to be an electrifying testament to Squeaky Feet's exceptional musicianship, genre-blending prowess, and their innovative approach to progressive rock. Their first true studio effort packs 10 of the band’s most engaging compositions into an 80 minute roller coaster of musical exploration. Cause for Alarm, which was recorded in large part at Boulder’s Violet Studios, and is produced and mixed by Dylan Gleit, runs the gamut of progressive rock and fusion, drawing influences from all corners of progressive music. The astute listener may hear the influence of King Crimson, Dream Theater, Frank Zappa, Steely Dan, and Snarky Puppy, particularly of guitar player Mark Lettieri, who serendipitously came to play on the album’s lead single.

Colin Shore, the band's lead guitarist and vocalist, expressed his excitement about the upcoming release: "We've poured our hearts and souls into Cause For Alarm, and it's been an incredible journey. Having Mark Lettieri play on Tunnel Vision was a treat for us. Lettieri’s music, both as a solo artist and with Snarky Puppy, was a large part of the inspiration for the tune. The solo section that he played on was even inspired by a particular guitar solo I saw him play live at a show several years back.”
